Boot Hill Casino and Resort partnered with Boot Hill Gaming to operate the retail sportsbook. Also, its mobile sports betting partners are Bally Bet and DraftKings.

Lastly, Kansas Crossing Casino and Hotel partnered with Peninsula Pacific Ent. For its retail sports betting operations. The casino partnered with Caesars and PointsBet for mobile sportsbooks.

On the other hand, Missouri failed to legalize sports betting during the spring legislative season. Supporters of sports betting hope to pass the legislation during the summer season.
