The Road to Super Bowl LVIII is soon coming to and end now that the NFL Divisional Rounds are over. However, 3 more weeks remain until Super Bowl LVIII and this Sunday will decide which teams will be competing. In our Super Bowl LVIII Update, we take a look at which NFL team will play in the Super Bowl this year.

After an exciting NFL Divisional round weekend, we now know which team will compete in the NFL Conference Championship. Interestingly enough, both No. 1 seed are on to their respective conference championship. Thus, the Detroit Lions will go against the San Francisco 49ers after taking down the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This is while the Kansas City Chiefs will be playing against the Baltimore Ravens.

Super Bowl LVIII Update – Meet the Contenders

The Kansas City Chiefs – The Chiefs had a hard won 27-24 victory over the Buffalo Bills. It was a close call as the Chiefs were struggling with their offense. This season, the Chiefs are 3-2 in AFC title games with Mahomes as QB. However, what might set them apart this season is that they also have the best defense and Mahomes on the offense.

The Baltimore Ravens – The Ravens have been playing incredibly well this season and averages 33.9-119 margin of victory. After taking down Houston 34-10, they remain the dominant team in the NFL this season. Will things continue to go their way as they take on the defending champions?

Detroit Lions – The Detroit Lions will play against with the San Francisco 49ers after defeating the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 31-23. No matter what happens when they go against the 49ers, Detroit fans got to see the Lions back-to-back home playoff wins.

San Francisco 49ers – The 49ers have not won a Super Bowl since 1994 and are showing that this year, may be the year. After an inspiring comeback against Green Bay, they won 24-21 at home. Data from Sportsbook Pay Per head companies show that the 49ers have the most efficient passing offense in football. However, will that be enough to beat the Lions?
