Bookie Pay Per Head Service Sportsbook Pay Per Head

IDSCA’s website is modern and responsive. At first glance, it has all the information you need to learn about its bookie software and pay-per-head platform. However, they are not transparent with their price per player.

In terms of cost, IDSCA is more expensive than other Sportsbook PPH services. According to their home page, their basic package costs as low as $6 per player. However, it states as low as $10 on other pages. The basic package will include Sports Wagering, Horse Wagering, Casino, Mobile Wagering, and Live Betting services. Remember that the higher cost is because you get your personalized website and toll-free number.

If you only pay for sports and horse wagering, you can lower your initial cost per player. However, you must pay separately for other services like the casino, live betting, and mobile betting. says you can sign up for an account in three easy steps. However, the registration process is not automated. That makes us wonder about the rest of their pay per head services. The three steps are signing up, calling them, and making a deposit. Also, they will start personalizing the betting site after you pay the deposit.

After submitting the online form, we received an email 10 hours later informing us to schedule a call or to contact them via phone. When we called IDSCA, their agent asked us what we wanted on our sports betting site, the number of players, and our preferences. They will provide a one-week free trial after you place a deposit. Agent Software Review

The agent platform is clean. However, it is somewhat sluggish compared to other agent platforms we tested in the past. This is because IDSCA based its software on ASI. Most PPH providers today use the newer DGS software. Thus, we agree with pay per head forum users that IDSCA needs to improve its agent and player platforms.

Also, you need to click a lot to get something done. Although the gambling software comes with an online casino, you can’t configure it using the agent dashboard. You need to contact IDSCA to set it up for you. You also need to contact them if you want to disable it. In addition, customer service is one of the aspects the PPH provider needs to improve on. They are not prompt in responding to emails. Their preferred method of communication is by phone. If a player wants to access the online casino, you need to call it in.

The dashboard is a mess and old-fashioned. When you click on an option, you must use the backspace key to return to the main dashboard page. Although it has decent management options, the software is difficult to use, which can lead to frustration.

Another thing we didn’t like about the agent dashboard is the Player Management Interface. It doesn’t allow you to add player details. On the other hand, you can set teaser and parlay max wager limits. Player Betting Platform Review

Although they are one of the pioneers in the PPH industry, they are not innovators. Their player betting site looks old. It still does its job, which is taking player bets. The platform also offers various options that will make players happy. Your players will have access to a vast selection of sports. From popular sports like football, basketball, and baseball to niche offerings and live betting options, there’s something for everyone.

On the downside, the betting platform looks like an old sportsbook. The only positive aspect is that it showcases your branding. However, that’s why their PPH rates are higher than those of average providers. They should have updated the betting site, which has remained the same since our last review. In addition, they don’t have features of modern sportsbooks, such as a player prop builder. We believe that they became complacent and stopped striving to enhance their services.

Our Opinion about

In the online sports betting industry, bookies rely on a trustworthy pay-per-head service to make things run smoother and give players a better experience. is one of the pioneers in the industry, but it is still living in the past.

You’ll get basic PPH services from IDSCA, including sports betting, live betting, casino, and racebook. However, you’ll pay $10 per head for them. The rate becomes cheaper if you only choose to have a sportsbook and a racebook.

On the downside, we are frustrated with their subpar customer service. Their website claims to have Live Chat, but it was nowhere to be found. You can also email them, but you must wait hours for a response. The best way to contact them is via phone. This is bad news for bookies who want to remain anonymous and don’t want to share their phone numbers. In addition, you need to call them when you need to change something in your sportsbook, such as adding players, deleting players, and more.

IDSCA’s software runs on the outdated and sometimes slow ASI betting platform. We feel we are not getting value for our money, so we can’t recommend it to our readers. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly PPH provider that doesn’t skimp on features, we suggest checking out to open a sportsbook today. Its software is based on DGS and has more features at half the price per player.
