Our review will touch up on the other products, but our main focus would be on the sportsbook software and bookie platform.

BookieVault.com is a bookie software provider that offer a premium Bookie Pay Per Head Software to their clients. They offer the full gamut of gambling products that your players are guaranteed to enjoy using. With their experience, and the fact that their sportsbook has been in business for many years, we have high expectations. They are also setting the bar high, claiming to be voted as the Number 1 Sportsbook Software.

Their software is priced in the more expensive range, though. They offer pay per head services at $9 per player, with a $12 per player option as well. Keep in mind that nowadays, the average price of pay per head services are at $5 per player. So if they will position their software at that price range, then they should offer more products, or a higher quality software.

They have a free trial worth 4 weeks, which you can access after you sign up. Eventually, you can pay them through a lot of platforms. Bookies have the choice of using Bitcoin, Moneygram, Paypal, money orders, and bank transfers. They also mentioned that if you have other payment methods in mind, you just need to contact them. When you do, they will see if they can accommodate you. This sounds promising.

But our hopes we soon dashed when we realized that we could not move past the registration process. Some of the top pay per head providers allow for a seamless, easy registration. You can create an account, and immediately gain access to their software. This is not the case with Bookie Vault. Bookie Vault requires someone from their end to process your registration. The problem is, we never heard from them. No email, therefore no access to their software. So, this made us take a glance at their site. The blog is updated, so the company is still running. They have no social media presence, though. The live chat feature was offline, so no help there. The only way we were able to figure things out was to look at their products.

BookieVault’s services are eerily similar to another provider we have seen. We compared their site’s screenshots of their software, and they are identical. So, we took the opportunity to get in touch with WagerHome and ask them about BookieVault. Their agent did confirm that they were under the same group. The agent also offered us a free trial for their service, which we took. This allowed us to take a look into their software and come up with our review.

BookieVault claims to offer the best experience for bookies. They offer secure sportsbook management software with tools that will help you with line and player management. When you log in, you are in their dashboard where you can immediately see all of the features available to you. It may be quite confusing, because they use iconography instead of text to display the features. We know that eventually, you will adjust to the icons. But sometimes, speed is of the essence, and those new to their site may have problems finding things easily. This is a problem, especially in fast-paced wagers like live betting. Missing out on the right time to move lines can pose a large risk in a bookie’s bottom line.

Once you find the option for line management, things get straightforward. You can move the lines as you see fit, and it reflects on your player’s site in real time. The same goes for player management. You can create a player profile easily, and set limits in minutes. There is also a section where you can generate a report to see how your sportsbook is performing. The metrics you can get from these reports are important. They will tell you your handle, or how much wagers came in. The report can also contain your gross revenue, and other such information. To do this, you need to generate reports to see the activity you are getting in your sportsbook. Their reports are detailed. But this is very similar to what you will find with other providers. So if their price is at $9 per player, we are not seeing anything that is better than the $5 per player companies we have reviewed.

They offer a small selection of player sites that you players can use. Each site will have a different theme or look. But the features are all the same. In any case, the sportsbook site is nicely designed. The layout is clean and uncluttered. This allows players to see the lines better, and place their wagers accordingly. We went through the process of placing a bet, and it went smoothly. Changes in betting lines are reflected in real-time, so your players will get the latest sports betting odds whenever they will place a bet.

Their other gambling products are nice additions to the software. But there isn’t much to talk about. They have a lackluster casino that needs more titles. Horse racing is average, with decent lines covering a wide range of races. Again, we are not finding value to the $9 price tag because what we are seeing is not as diverse as that of the other providers we have reviewed in the past.

As a player, I think they will be looking for something more than just this. And if they start looking for other features you do not offer, then they will leave you for a sportsbook that can. So when you compare their services to that of the top-rated bookie pay per head reviews and ratings, it does not look good for Bookie Vault. There are a lot of sportsbooks that offer far more betting options at a much lower price point.

Remember that their basic package does not include the third party live betting option. So your sportsbook will look pretty bare unless you spring for the $12 per player package. But that makes us circle back again to the fact that with what we see in the sportsbook, its not worth $12.

BookieVault is one of the biggest disappointments we have seen this year. They are positioning themselves as a high end, premier pay per head provider. And yet there is nothing premium about their services. $9 per player for basic sportsbook services. If you want more, like their third party live betting, that is $12 per player. You can get similar services at $5 for all of that, no additional fees required. That is not even their biggest problem. You cannot sign up with their site unless you wait for them to get back to you. In our experience, we never received a reply. If, in the future, we get an email from them, then we will gladly update this review to reflect that. But as of now, it was impossible for us to use the software. As a pay per head provider, you need to  stay on top of your software- especially with the registration process. If they cannot do that, then I do not want to know what else is being ignored. Our recommendation? Go through our reviews and get a higher-rated one instead.
